Wed, 9 January 2008 Hello everyone, Rachel just posted under Order and Chaos, her list of 25 verbs. They are wonderful. Lea has also shared her process with the verbs on her blog. http://lealabyrinth.typepad.com/tales_from_the_labyrinth/2008/01/ninth-2008-holy.html I encourage everyone to post their verbs. Inspire each other! These are verbs that work with chaos and renew creativity. Here are mine. Sink Flutter Linger Sculpt Grunt Rhyme Write Dig Delete Leap Frame Skip Metabolize Neutralize Exaggerate Deflate Systematize Tap Polarize Pray Drink Shine Suggest Surrender Resist Revisit your verbs. Add new verbs to your cauldron of possibility. Party Time Bring some friends together for a chaos party. Have a great Cauldron of verbs. Have everyone write down an issue where they are stuck. Then take turns choosing a verb. Help each other work with the verb to discover a possibility. Everyone can choose up to three verbs, but only one at a time. Enjoy. Sat, 5 January 2008 Surprise us! Be bold and thoughtful. Tell us your insights about your polarities. And please think of questions or exercises for us. Lynn Category: The Twelve Holy Nights -- posted at: 10:21 PM Comments[10] |
Sat, 5 January 2008 I am eager to know over the next few days or weeks, what your Epiphany experience was. There will be an energetic adjustment. We have had this wonderful time of working together. We have formed a worldwide community of daily activity. Now that changes. You may feel a bit lost without a new message every day. I know I will feel a loss (and a relief) at not having to write a message everyday. I have loved working with all of you. A number of mornings during Inner Christmas, I woke without any idea what I would be writing but I knew the inspiration would come. This has been the first year with a blog. I am so grateful for your postings. Let's stay connected throughout the year. Warm blessing and joyful epiphanies to you all, Lynn Category: The Twelve Holy Nights -- posted at: 10:06 PM Comments[10] |
Fri, 4 January 2008 This is the Twelfth Message! I have received a number of private emails about the messages. Many have been expressions of gratitude. Others have asked for help. A few have been complaints. One woman wrote that the movie was beautiful but the messages were disappointing as I seem to be "hooked on polarities." Yes, I am hooked on polarities this year. The soul is the realm of polarities. Inner Christmas is a time of deep soul work. We only worked with twelve - tomorrow for Epiphany I am going to offer a thirteenth. Imagine if the first year of university - we studied polarities. Life would make a lot more sense if we immersed our studies in polarities for a year. This blog will remain up for the year, so please keep visiting and posting. Undoubtedly yours, Lynn Category: The Twelve Holy Nights -- posted at: 10:16 PM Comments[8] |
Thu, 3 January 2008 Dear Friends, I have this sense that those of us sharing these Inner Christmas inspirations, those of us willing to work with the inner development of the Holy Nights, share a bond of compassion. We have a heart thread connecting us all together. And it is also a passion for each of us. We share our thoughts and our visions. Bless us one and all, Lynn Category: The Twelve Holy Nights -- posted at: 10:19 PM Comments[8] |
Wed, 2 January 2008 Dear Friends, I often encourage my clients to take ballroom dancing classes. The more we understand leading and following the more successful we are in all areas of living. But I also suggest they study kick-boxing. Kick-boxing teaches us how to defend our boundaries. It releases energy. It offers a sense of safety. Both kick-boxing and ballroom teach us how to be social beings. Looking forward to all your comments. I wish I had the time to respond to each one. Blessings to all, Lynn Category: The Twelve Holy Nights -- posted at: 11:16 PM Comments[5] |
Tue, 1 January 2008 Hi, If I was to review my life it would certainly feel like there was more chaos than order. But the beauty of aging is life sort of falls into place. Order, divine destiny, appears to underlie all chaos. Or maybe we realize that Primal Chaos is the mother of Divine Destiny. Does it matter. I lead workshops that explore mysterious patterns and themes revealed in our personal biographies. These workshops are my favorite because the participants come to love each other so deeply as they embrace the order and the chaos of each others lives. Mon, 31 December 2007 Everyone, I remember as a child gathering all my stuffed animals under the covers with me as I curled up in bed. I wanted to be sure each one of them was touching me and receiving equal amounts of my love. Our comments allow us to gather together and and spread our loving thoughts out to everyone sharing Inner Christmas. I wish everyone a meaningful 2008. May your thoughts be true, your feelings beautiful and your deeds good. Lynn Category: The Twelve Holy Nights -- posted at: 7:36 PM Comments[6] |
Mon, 31 December 2007 Someone asked me what to do after you have made your list of 100 desires. Here is one process to follow: Go over the list. You might even make a copy that you can cut apart each desire into a single strip of paper. Organize the desires into similar groups. Then for each group write down a list of basic statements regarding "how" you will fulfill them. Choose 1-10 desires from the one hundred. For these write specific "how" statements including who will help and timing. Look at your daily life, what needs to change to achieve fulfillment of any one of these desires. Are you willing to change your life and take the actions needed to fulfill this desire? If you are willing - START NOW! Category: The Twelve Holy Nights -- posted at: 11:33 AM Comments[4] |
